Niagara Falls Convention Centre offers a complete package of technology services, all managed from a single in-house source. Our network is a mix of fibre optics and copper with flexible bandwidth capacities and multiple levels of wireless. Free Wi-Fi is available in all pre-function and lobby spaces throughout the facility, and, with programming performed on-site by qualified technicians, network hardware can be customized to meet any needs and requirements. VoIP telephony services with all of the necessary amenities, in addition to analogue telephony services, are available when required. Provisions can always be made to deliver a higher level of service and to ensure optimal connectivity.

Niagara Falls Convention Centre is pleased to offer electrical services for nearly every requirement. The expertise of our on-site Licensed Electrician allows us the opportunity to install and display many different types of equipment, comprising both commercial and consumer. Pre-order or day-of transactions are accepted, and any electrical additions or modifications can be arranged through Exhibitor Services.

Guest Services is located on the main level of the Niagara Falls Convention Centre. The team comprises a group of knowledgeable and professional staff who make it their main priority to care of our attendees and our guests. Consider them your main point of contact to assist with facility information, area directions, and destination recommendations.

Niagara Falls Convention Centre’s on-site security makes the safety of your guests and the protection of your goods a top priority. In addition to providing safe event experiences, our security services also facilitate traffic control, coat and parcel check, as well as lost and found.
