Food Recovery Program
We are committed to sustainability and making a positive impact within the Niagara Region. In 2023, NFCC signed on to The Bridge Food Recovery Program to minimize food insecurity, and to make a difference in our community. Through this meaningful partnership, surplus food from events held at our Convention Centre is safely collected and redistributed to those in need throughout the local community. The Bridge Food Recovery Program not only helps reduce food waste but also strengthens our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. By working together with dedicated organizations like The Bridge, we're proud to support a more inclusive and caring Niagara one meal at a time.
