At Niagara Falls Convention Centre, accessibility is a core part of our commitment to creating an inclusive experience for every guest. We follow Ontario’s accessibility standards and work continuously to identify and remove barriers across our spaces, services, and communications. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can participate fully and comfortably, whether attending an event, hosting a meeting, or visiting our facility. Accessible formats and communication supports are available in a timely manner and at no additional cost, and we will work with individuals to determine the most appropriate format or support to meet their needs.

Our facility offers the following accessible design features and services:

Three of our largest event spaces are located on the ground level, providing easy access for individuals with limited mobility
Upper levels are accessible by elevators and escalators
19 accessible parking spaces located close to building entrances
Wheelchair-accessible ramp
Automatic door openers at all main entrances
Wide, unobstructed hallways throughout the facility
Eight accessible washrooms with automatic door openers
Assistive Listening Devices available for use in our Theatre

Accessible Emergency and Public Safety Information

Niagara Falls Convention Centre provides emergency procedures, plans, and public safety information in accessible formats and with communication supports upon request. We will work with individuals to determine the most appropriate format or communication support, provided in a timely manner and at no additional cost.
